Please remove all makeup before arriving at your appointment.

Makeup, dirt, oils, or any residue can affect retention and your appointment time.

A $5 fee will be added if you arrive with dirty lashes.

For first-time clients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete consent forms.

Confirm your appointment via text; failure to do so may result in rescheduling or being marked as a no-show.

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required when booking, for both full sets and refill appointments.

This deposit is refundable only if I cancel your appointment.

A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be charged $10.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

If you have less than 20% of your lash extensions remaining at your fill appointment, an additional $15 will be added to your service.

If you expect to be late, please inform me as soon as possible.

Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service.

A second no-show will result in being unable to book future appointments with Lex’s Luxury Bar.

To protect everyone’s health, please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell, have been sick recently, or have been exposed to someone who is sick. I need to stay healthy to protect other clients and my child.

Moving forward, all clients are required to have a valid payment method on file.

If you prefer to pay via Cash App or Venmo (either during your appointment or for any payment), please let me know, and I can accommodate that.

A valid card must still be kept on file in case I need to charge it.

Please refrain from texting during your lash appointment.

Movement can cause the under-eye pads to shift, requiring adjustments to prevent lashes from sticking together.

To ensure the best results and safety, please avoid using your phone, including texting and Snapchat, while I am working on your eyes.

Foreign sets are an additional $10 for the initial appointment.

No additional guests are allowed (if need be please notify me first).

If you have somewhere else to be after your appointment please don’t rush me, I ask that you please reschedule if times are too close as I will not rush your set to insure proper application.
