• Remove all makeup before arriving at your appointment.
• Arrive 15 minutes EARLY for your FIRST appointment to complete consent forms.
• Please confirm your appointment via text. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or being marked as a no-show.

• Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance will require payment of 50% of the service booked, which will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will incur a $10 charge, with an additional $1 charge for each subsequent minute.
• If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you'll be required to pay 50% of the service fee to reschedule.
• No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. This will NOT be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• A second no-show will result in the inability to book future appointments with Lex's Luxury Bar.

• Please refrain from texting during your lash appointment. Movement can cause the under-eye pads to shift, requiring adjustments to prevent lashes from sticking together. To ensure the best results and safety, please avoid using your phone, including texting and Snapchat, while I am working on your eyes.
• Foreign sets are an additional $10.
• If you have less than 20% of your lash extensions remaining at the time of your fill appointment, an additional $15 will be added to your service.
• No additional guests are allowed (unless asked).
• Please let me know in advance if you have somewhere else scheduled to be after your service.
• If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible. (It's frustrating to be kept waiting without any updates from the client.)
• To ensure everyone's health, please reschedule if you're feeling unwell, have been sick recently, or have been exposed to someone who is sick. I need to avoid getting sick to protect other clients and my child. (You'll be charged 50% of the service booked. However, this charge will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment.)
• All clients are required to have a valid payment method on file. If you prefer to pay via Cash App or Venmo (either during your appointment or for any payment), please let me know, and I can accommodate that. A valid card must still be kept on file in case I need to charge it.
